RF 433 MHz "Universal" for shutter

Hello Community!

I try to do some home automation with my rf module.
with my elro socket it works pretty well with CurlyMoo's 433.92-Raspberry-Pi.

Now I want to go on step forward and set up my shutter. It has a 433.92MHz remote (ZB35 superrollo).
With the CurlyMoo thing it is possible to see something in the debug mode. But I'm not able to send the signals in the right way.

I searched for some universal rf recorder/transmitter tool, but I didn't found something yet.

Hopefully the experts in here know something I need or can help my to build it.

Thanks and greets from Germany

Enemy,

I am very interested in this application, for shutters and other motor-controlled home automation. I certainly have no answers for you but thank you for the pointer to CurlyMoo. I hope you will keep this thread updated as you explore inexpensive RF!

Cheers and welcome,
eastpole

I've made a system with a simple RF transmitter which allows my Pi to control power switches. I used this guide:
http://www.hoagieshouse.com/RaspberryPi ... CPlug.html

You just plug an RF receiver into the microphone jack of a computer which allows you to record the signal you send with the remote. After correctly decoding these signals you can then send them yourself from the Pi with a transmitter. I assume the same thing can be done for your controller.

well, the audio thing to record looks realy interesting and is a nice point to approach the problem.
i think a big problem to do it with the gpio is the noise beside, so for the software its difficult to recognize the clear state, but if this can be solved i'm hopeful to get it to work. certainly some boring rainy days will come :D
