Simulation of a One Wire Sensor using Raspberry Pi

Hello,
I'm currently developing my undergraduate thesis and I have to build a simulator of a DS18B20 Temperature Sensor using the Raspberry Pi platform. In other words, I have to show how a DS18B20 works by constructing codes (in C++ or Python) that simulate the activities of the sensor. This codes will run in a Raspberry Pi 3 Model B (which will function as a slave device) and it will communicate by a One Wire Network with another Raspberry Pi 3 Model B (which will function as a master device). Is there any material that can help me with this task?
