Currently setting up a Pi 3 being used in a dual screen in-car entertainment system running Kodi.
I purchased two 10.1” (1024x600) portable car DVD players than can share the same HDMI video source via a composite video cable connecting the two screens:

I’m trying to decide between using the composite video cable to split the source between the screens, or using a HDMI splitter so both screens get a digital signal directly from the Pi 3.
Also, if I’m not mistaken the Pi 3 can not output to two HDMI displays at the same time? So a HDMI splitter would be required to achieve this.
Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
