Think to install Ubuntu desktop os in raspberry pi 4

Ubuntu 18.04.3 LTS(I don’t like mate) requires 2 GHz dual core processor or better, but rpi(4g ram) only has 1.5 GHZ.
If I cluster two rpi(I got one rpi 3 b+ too), will that boots the core processor and meet that Ubuntu’s requirements? Is rpi 3 and 4 compatible in one cluster?

Not a hope in hell, a Raspberry Pi is a Single Board Computer in it own right.

You can not co-join them to make a "Cluster" in the way you envisage.

Also Ubuntu you want to run is for x86 CPU Architecture, the Raspberry Pi is ARM CPU Architecture.

If/when Ubuntu ARM get ported to the Pi4 it will probably be at least 19.x not 18.x.
You might need Linux Kernel 5+ and Mesa 19.2+.
That is going to be newer releases, not old ones, unless someone knows how to back port.

Generally it has been the Server version not the Desktop version on ARM.
I think I've seen screen shot of Ubuntu on a Pi4, but it was not mainstream.
