4.8V is close to borderline low voltage.

It might be worth checking your power supply and power cable.

When i am trying to install raspbian on my rasperry pi it start booting and stops it says"FAT -fs disk was not properly unmounted some data may be corrupted please run fsck" but i can't type anything because my mouse and keyoard don't work i try changing power supplys and nothing,reflashing sd card same error and I try swiching betwen hdmi and rca video output same error shows how,I try with another keyboard and mouse but same error.How can I get keyboard mouse to work or how can i get ridden of this error? Thanks for replying

I don't think we have an answer for you at this point short of getting a new board. The power coming out of the USB ports that you posted is sufficient to power a keyboard and mouse. There is no reason other than possible user error that that board should not work. I would suggest purchasing a new board, Rpi power supply and Rpi 8GB SD card from your reseller of choice.

The mouse and keyboard won't work if the OS is not running OK. (The halt in booting means the OS is not running OK.)

Is this Raspbian install from a raw image or via NOOBS? What size SD card are you using?

Suggest you download the Raspbian image again and use it to rewrite the SD card. How are you writing the image?
