How can we help when you have given us no information?
  1. Which model of Raspberry Pi?
  2. What OS?
  3. What other software have you installed on the OS?
  4. What else do you have connected to the system (USB, GPIO, network, etc.)?
  5. What are you using for a power supply?
My mind is like a browser. 27 tabs are open, 9 aren't responding,
lots of pop-ups...and where is that annoying music coming from?

Yea, I noticed that as well, but there wasn't enough info in that post either.

There is nothing to charge up with a charger on a Raspberry Pi SBC, a Power Supply is recommended:

Ignoring the overly pedantic issue of chargers vs power supplies, why can you not install the OS? Have you followed the standard instructions for installing it on the SD card?

Indeed, most decent mobile phone chargers should be well capable of powering a Pi 1B.

There maybe an issue with the USB keyboard and mouse. Not all USB devices work on all computers. For some technical recoveries, a wired mouse and keyboard are needed since there may be no USB drivers started. Yes these wired devices plug into the a USB port but they work with the most basic USB driver.

What kind of keyboard and mouse?

What is the output of the charger?

The old model B had limited current available on the USB ports, and some backlit keyboards (and older wireless keyboards) can be surprisingly power hungry.

You can write a Raspbian image directly to the card with Etcher. Adding a file named ssh (or ssh.txt) to the small FAT32 "boot" partition will enable SSH logins from another computer, which could help troubleshoot your problem.
