Why not used 4k 60hz

I am try

2.0 hdmi cable

Raspberry pi 4 hdmi0

hdmi_enable_4kp40=1 (it is config.txt )

55 inche 4k 60hz support TV

Why not used me

What is actually happening? (I am assuming you typed in the p40 wrongly above, and you actually have p60 in the config.txt)

You need to enable HDMI 2.0 in your TV settings. With Samsung this is the HDMI UHD Color feature, and on LG the name is HDMI ULTRA HD Deep Colour.

Is this right? Color settings are to do with bit depth, not refresh rates.
"deep color" is merely a fancy name for 10bit color resolution.

Yes, without these the HDMI port is technically limited to 1.4, so no 4K/UHD 60Hz with Full RGB.
