Raspberry Zero WH chip is too hot and WIFI, bluetooth not working

Mon Aug 19, 2019 1:25 am

I've just bought a Zero WH. It work well until I make a mistake by connect wrong GPIO pins to Waveshare 1.44 inch LCD display. The Zero become too hot, and my sd card died.
Then I removed all components, replace with another card and try to boot. It worked. But the chip is really hot (more than the 4B :| ), and WIFI, bluetooth are not working.
I don't know how to save the board. Please help me.
Thank you so much.

If the chip is getting hot it means it has been terminally damaged. It is dying and will get worse.

Sorry, but it cannot be saved.
