Not really. But you might find AND or OR gates which can be used by tying both inputs together.

That sounds a bit fast to me! I'd start way lower, like 5 or 10 MHz. If all is well, you can rise the data rate, but for debugging slow it down to a safe rate.spi0.0 at 250 MHz
