Re: Universal GPIO keyboard daemon

So I think my issue is with Advmame. I am able to get my key presses to the command line with both pikeyd and uinput. Is there a setting in Advmame?

Re: Universal GPIO keyboard daemon

This is great. So I downloaded the zip file, unpacked and ran "sudo make". I still have to hook up my GPIO, but wanted to ask if there is anything else I need to do?

Thx

MPD Web Radio

Hi, After reading this article on raspberrypi.org on building a web radio, I went ahead and got it up-and-running on my Pi. My only problem is finding good URLs to stream. I've googled and can't find one that works with MPD. I would love to listen to the BBC here in the states. Where can I get a lis...

Re: How to set time and date

FWIW - in the US the time zone needs to be set:

Code: Select all

sudo dpkg-reconfigure tzdata
This will give you a GUI to set the time zone.

Re: RPi and 3Tronics Keyboard Emulator

In an effort to see if the card was bad, I hooked it up to an old Laptop and it works. So it must be a compatibility issue.

No problem, I have some adaptors laying around. When I hook it up to my Pi and boot up and press the keys on my keyboard, th...

editing fstab to mount a netwrok share

Hi, I am in the process of trying to mount a Mac network share at boot up. In order to do this I need to make a entry in the fstab file. The file requires the type of file system for the mount. I would assume this is the Mac file system type. I have an iMac. What type of file system is it? I have go...
