But I believe there is a similar user-supported tool that can be used from a shell environment. All tools what I found can do a copy of SD only if destination SD is an equal or bigger source SD. It's like a lottery, sometimes you can't copy 32gb card to 32gb card from another manufacturer only beca...

download a fresh copy of raspbian ,
stuff that on a spare micro sd card
boot that
if that works reinstall your stuff from instructions you have followed
noting at what part it all fails
post that result with all the info you have gleaned up to then

what PSU are you using ?
try a raspbian lite , and no hdmi plugged in at all just do a headless install

Looking again, it is full size hdmi. So the suggestion is to use an adaptor on either end? Where I live, adaptors like that are $30 each.
