i'll second that .. I have a K400 too and it works well on ubuntu and pi.. the transmitter uses 98mA so it just works on the pi's internal usbs.

Windows never! But I will use ubuntu to do it because it doesn't work too well from a running system.. I think the source card should be in a read only mode..

Hello, I did a search and did not find any hits on this.. I have a good image of raspian that I've been faithfully updating and everything works just fine... now I want to copy the entire 8gb class 4 sd card to another 8gb CLASS 10 sd card in the hopes that it would perform even better .. will dd do...

hello,
I finally got it working but had to install sudo apt-get install cups
then I went through that to my remote printer on the mac...
for whatever reason I could not get around the password
problem on the mac going direct..

I keep getting authentication errors .. the mac mini "owns" the printer and I even set up
a non password sharing id called pi .. but no luck still.. do I need any other components..
how about the cups spooler? I don't have the problem in ubuntu going to the mac..
