Re: unable to update

Most likely something did not go as expected during the installation. FTFY I suggest you repeat the following commands: sudo wget http://goo.gl/vewCLL -O /etc/apt/sources.list.d/rpimonitor.list Check that the downloaded file is valid after this. The old one most likely contains an html error message

Re: Does this systemctl status indicate a problem?

Something seems to go wrong with the eeprom version check. I wouldn't worry too much about that...

What is the output of

Code: Select all

systemctl status rpi-eeprom-update.service

Re: USB port error

I would try a different power supply and / or cable from the PSU to your Pi.
The problems you're seeing tend to be the result of power problems.

Re: Non Plug Top Power Supply

One of the problems with these type of supplies is that they are often proverbial "chargers" not necessarily "power supplies". I think it's insulting to suggest I would post a link to such an item ! I was referencing this - Then you need to be more careful with your quotes. Look back and you will s...

Re: MK270 Mouse works but Keyboard doesn't

I use an MK270 combo on my Pi4. It also has an SSD drive connected to a USB3 port.
At some point I actually had 2 SSDs connected.
I have not experienced any problems with keyboard and/or mouse

What are you using as the power source? Official RPF power adapter?

Re: Raspberry as access point for a WiFi device

Are you talking about an electrical switch that can be managed through a wireless network connection? Just like a relais with a wireless module (often an ESP module)? In that case you could use the Pi as a bridge. See the RPF access point documentation https://www.raspberrypi.org/documentation/confi...

Assuming you're running Raspbian with desktop: stick the new card in a USB SD card reader. Plug it into a Pi running with the old card and then run 'SD Card copier' from the Accessories menu.

That doesn't make any sense to me. You cannot connect to eth0 via wifi...
Can you clarify how the devices are going to be connected together? Maybe using a drawing?

No, 87 indicates custom settings as described in the section below the table
