Re: A few RPI2 problems.

I always only have Ethernet and HDMI plugged in. Sómetimes a USB keyboard. What's dsmg? I tried to use it as a command but that doesn't work. Should I get some software first? I just installed the Os yesterday and did Update and Upgrade. I just did it again to make sure and no new files were upgrade...

Re: A few RPI2 problems.

Yea I thought it might have something to do with Windows. But this means that all SD cards you use with a Pi can never be used to transfer files from Camera to Windows PC? And no the other card doesn't work either. I've had the same problem as with the class 10 card, but also I've had it not read an...

Re: A few RPI2 problems.

udev[1342]: failed to execute lib/udev..................: Exec format error keeps scrolling by a lot. As you can see right in the begin before it starts scrolling and it starts with different messages. I have no idea what's going on but it might be relevant info. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S39u...

A few RPI2 problems.

Hello, I've looked at every topic about all these problems on this forum and stackoverflow and didn't find a whole lot. I had a little overlap with many topics, but usually the problems were RP1 based, about poor or unsupported SD cards and weak or unstable adapters, but I don't think any of the top...

Re: GDBus.Error.org

On my first Raspbian install I didn't have this error.
On second and third I did. But not on first boot of second install.

So I'd guess there's a high chance but it's not necessarily every single boot.

Re: Removing wallpaper

I've checked that same Wallpaper mode dropdown menu at least 5 times before and it wasn't there.

But in the meantime I've reinstalled Raspbian twice and now the option is there. Everything was being buggy as hell and I guess that was just one more bug.

Thanks guys!

What's up with the PiStore?

Hi I was trying to download OpenArena earlier. I know it's in the PiStore because I saw that in the browser using my W8.1 PC. So I turned on my Pi 2B and went into the PiStore and no OpenArena. So I used apt-get install openarena and got the wrong version that has EPIC framerate problems. Then I rem...

Re: Removing wallpaper

Appreciate the reply but that's not what I meant. The settings mentioned in earlier posts (the setting in the .conf file and the ' Fill with Background Color Only' setting) don't exist in the current build of Raspbian. I was able to get to the background settings without having to uncheck that box. ...

Re: Removing wallpaper

Sorry to bring up such an old topic, but that setting has removed. And the setting in the .conf file isn't there anymore either :( (Yes I did go to LXDE-pi instead of LXDE and I did find the .conf file, but the specified line isn't in there.) So does anybody know how to do it in the current Raspbian...

Re: Have they not heard of a RPi ?

Yea it's not really groundbreaking stuff xD If they'd put Pi's in there I'm sure they could have made something cheaper.
Then again they did spend a lot of time on making a custom OS prob.
