Re: partially clone bitbucket/git repository

Well, that's our company's internal repository. I believe limiting to branch and/or to latest commits should work for someone. It's a pity, but it's not my way. Thanks anyway! I was asking because sometimes it's boring to wait while cloning repository, it is quite big. Though it is good moment to pr...

Re: partially clone bitbucket/git repository

Heater , I was able to reproduce your steps (I used another repository though), so it is great, thank you . Just wanted to let know that it seems it takes the same time to fetch everything comparing to small part. Or is it just my environment... Anyway, git remote add -f origin https://user:passwor...

partially clone bitbucket/git repository

Hi all, Yes, I'm working under raspbian, but this is rather not OS or hardware-specific, that's why I'm asking it here in "offtopic". I migrated from svn to bitbucket/git repository recently and would like to clone repository just partially. It's easy in svn, but does not work in bitbucket/git for m...

check if content of mounted drive is available; then perform

Hi all,

My need is to check if content of mounted drive is available at /mnt/folder1/file.txt and then perform [some action] if result is negative.
Please advise how do I achieve it.
Thanks ahead.

openssl - version mismatch - supported 00 parsed 03

Hi all, Well, my question is not raspberrypi-specific because I do receive this error under other hardware as well. Please put my topic into the appropriate thread if needed. I'm about to use openssl to authorise with third-part application (I work on it as freelancer). Got openssl key from the prev...

Re: join two xmltables

Asking for help from vendor is good idea, I do it on some stage too. Asking this in public is what I do after hours of thinking... And it just helps to compile my thoughts on single sheet. I can do it in my favourite editor instead, lol. In fact, I almost answered my question myself. Thanks to all a...

Re: join two xmltables

Well, it is up to you how you feel about it, if you think it is crazy then ok. But if you try to work with webservices, you'll see they return data in xml or json format (sometimes it is plain text of course), so you should deal with it. BTW, nosql just allows to store and deal with data that has no...

Re: join two xmltables

No chance to reveal any name or surrounding code, I'm sorry (confidentiality agreement).

Just BTW, sql + xml and sql + json is not a big deal, you can easily find bunch of examples on stackoverflow etc.
I agree that sql + webservices in the same environment is something new to see.

Re: join two xmltables

Ok, I figured out how to join, but my code looks ugly. Now my question is how to optimize code below, because I use the same subquery twice (exec "webservice1".invokeHTTP(endpoint=>'2.0/api1',requestHeaders=> 'App-Key: key1',action=>'GET',requestContentType=>'application/xml')) SELECT "xmlTable.idCo...

Re: httpbasic + apikey and multitenancy

Well, ok, it is indeed sql, but the environment I use (and can not reveal its name, I'm sorry) also has built-in connection to webservices with rest and soap. My next question was how do I use exec webservice1.invokeHTTP to pass header with header name = Authorization, but as far as I can see, I sho...

httpbasic + apikey and multitenancy

Hi all, I'm about to implement httpbasic + apikey authentication with multitenancy. What I mean... I'd like to create procedure with input parameters for username, password and apikey, so that users could use it with their own credentials, not only with stored default creds. Below is how it works in...

Re: usb external drive reconnect from console

"sudo udevadm trigger" perhaps? That command asks udev to reapply all rules, perhaps it can grab the usb drive again. I think it would be interesting to know if the mount disappears, or the block device disappears, or the usb port becomes incapacitated somehow. You should see relevant information i...

Well, I don't have this row in my /boot/config.txt, but I use usb hub with external power, so it should not be my case. But I will check if that helps next time.

This way it works fine:
