The R-Pi doesn't have BIOS like a traditional x86-64 machine would. Instead, The GPU boots a Kernel image directly from the SD card which then boots into linux. It should be possible to load an OS image via network, but the kernel itself cannot be PXE'd. In short, The answer is no :/.
