Re: RPi and smart phone

Thanks a lot, this is excellent, but I need commanding and communication via USB.

I saw that I can download a source code. Can I change port (and some other options) to use USB instead WiFi?

Re: RPi and smart phone

OK, I understand!

What about commanding from smart phone if I connect it like "disk drive only"?

Re: RPi and smart phone

Thanks on quick answer

Power hub? Why? Do you think that smart phone will withdraw more current then RPi can give (about 300mA)?
In that situation can I send command from smart phone if I chose "disk drive only" on smart phone?

RPi and smart phone

Hi all,

I want to connect my RPi model B rev 2 with my smart phone on Android 2.3.3 via USB. I need just to connect this two devices to exchange minimal information between them. Not large data transporting, just few bytes on every 200ms.

Is this possible?

Re: Pololu Dagu Rover 5 and Raspberry Pi

Thanks on answer, If I correctly understand you, you create WiFi network on PC and Pi connect on that network using simple WiFi module?
