I have the same problem, I don't have audio on jack or on HDMI.

How did you solve the jack sound?

Thanks.

What happened to this project? The emulator isn't in the pi store now.

And ... I tried to find a recent post from "pudding" without lucky. What happened to him?

Nes + performance + 2 joystick players

Hi all, I tried some nes emulators but without luck. Some emulators don't have support for 2 player (I can't get player 2 working in retroarch), others has low performance and inaccurate colors (advmess) and others doesn't work in terminal with joystick (fceux). So, is there any nes emulator that wo...

You said that the control panel arrived, you didn't order it? I'm looking for a company who makes me a similar one.

Re: My new case for Pi!

I have an arcade machine too, I've used an XIN-MO and I needed to recompile the kernel for having "up" and "left" axis working (negative values). For 2 players working in all emulators I'm using this: http://hetgrotebos.org/wiki/uinput-mapper With this you can split one joystick into two, create key...

I need this too. I would like to have some 3D pinball games in my cabinet. The best pinball game I tried in the raspberry pi is an PS1 game: Patriotic pinball (I don't like a lot but is the best I found) I can't get working True pinball or Extreme pinball on pcsx_rearmed. Any other ideas for 3D pinb...

Re: MAME4ALL for Pi

scaryonly , your problem with the XIN-MO is not a mame4all bug. If you try with jtest you'll see that it doesn't detect up and left (negative axis). It's a kernel bug with this joystick: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1077359 I recompiled the kernel with the Olivier instructio...

For compile with joystick support add --enable-joystick and --enable-sdl to the ./configure :D P.D: I used this ./configure: ./configure --prefix=/usr --build=arm-linux-gnueabihf --host=arm-linux-gnueabihf --localstatedir=/var/lib --with-platform=raspberry-pi --disable-gl --enable-gles --disable-x11...

Re: MAME4ALL for Pi

Well, I have seen in the code support for 4 joystick so I think my problem is with the axis number. My USB controller makes only one device (js0) that has 4 axis (0,1,2,3). If the device is divided into two devices (js0 and js1) with two axis (0 and 1 for js0 and 0 and 1 for js1) I think it should w...

I have a "similar" problem. I have a XIN-MO dual arcade USB interface and I connect 2 joysticks (with 6 buttons for player) and Player 1 works perfectly, but player 2 doesn't work. With jstest I see that: - Axes 0 and 1, and buttons 1-5 are for Player 1. - Axes 2 and 3, and buttons 10-15 are for Pla...

Replacing only that file (and with all /boot) I can boot the raspberry but not startx (the system freezes). possibly you can get away with bootcode.bin YMMV why do you need an old version of raspbian? I need a working 3.2 kernel because more newer kernels have a bug with my arcade joystick (up and left axis don't work). I tried to downgrade in the last raspbian without luck, it boots but applications don...

So If I want to have the kernel of the 16-12-2012 raspbian I need to replace all /boot except the kernel.img? Or there are more files that I don't have to replace in /boot?

Thanks!

Downgrade to kernel 3.2

Hi! This is my first post on the forum :) I recently bought a raspberry and now I'm trying to get my arcade controller working. I know there is a bug with kernels 3.3+ with my controller (up and left joystick doesn't work) so I need to downgrade to a 3.2 kernel. I installed linux-image-3.2.0.4 and c...
