Official Touchscreen Size Specs?

Hello,
I'm designing a custom 3D model for 3D printing for the official Raspberry Pi touchscreen, and I was wondering if some kind person here would link me to a place where I could see a detailing of the exact sizes of the touchscreen?

Thanks!

Re: EDUP EP-N1571 Wifi Dongle Not Working

Hey,
Sorry, I was able to fix it. I had to edit etc/network/interfaces to add my network name and password. Why doesn't Raspbian automatically look for WiFi networks, like the older verions of Raspbian did?

EDUP EP-N1571 Wifi Dongle Not Working

Hello,

Using the latest Rasbian, I cannot get my EDUP EP-N1571 WiFi dongle to work.
It used to work plug-n-play in earlier versions of Raspbian, but not anymore. How do I get it to work?

Re: RPi "Black Square" (CPU/RAM?) gets hot immediately

Okay, I guess that's what I'll do.

It's a really nice thing that they are really cheap!
On top of that, it gives me an excuse to buy the new Pi 2 :)

Thanks!

RPi "Black Square" (CPU/RAM?) gets hot immediately

Hello, My Pi (B+) suddenly shut down (it wasn't running that long, and the room temperature was below body temperature) and the whole Pi became very hot. I put it on a cold ice pack (no moisture on the outside of it) and it soon was touchable again, but when I plugged it in again it immediately over...

Re: Is it possible...

Duh. Google, the source of all knowledge. Also, since I doubt there is gonna be anyone attempting this, can Samba read data from a USB port on a different device over wireless, as though it was coming from the computer itself?? As in, it would have the same input/output as if the Kinect was plugged ...

I've never used Samba before.
What does it do?
Are there any part-way tutorials to what I want to do?

Is it possible...

I have a large request, and that is, is it possible to connect to the pi wirelessly (over LAN) from a computer, and read data coming from a USB cord connected to a Pi. Then, detect that data as though it was plugged into the computer itself. And when I mean computer, I mean a mac or windows laptop. ...

Yeah, I'm almost certain. Now that I think about it, I didn't use the name in my title. I used it in the book, though. Shoot them an email, maybe.

Re: Is the RPi Logo Copyrighted?

No, they said that the logo was copyrighted. But they did give me some images of the actual Raspberry Pi I could use. Here they are in a zip file: https://www.dropbox.com/s/m2rtcisr1myjybm/pics.zip Also, I did get my eBook published. My brother made a cover for me, from Minecraft Pi. http://www.amaz...

I got a 16x2 LCD screen, and...

I got one of those LCD screens from Adafruit (http://www.adafruit.com/products/1109), and I soldered it all. When I put it on my Pi, the Pi couldn't 'sense' it. I did the command 'sudo i2cdetect -y 1', and it didn't find anything. I did -y 0, too. I followed the instructions on learn.adafruit.com, a...

I need an idea....

Hello Raspberry Piers, I like doing cool projects, especially ones that involve GPIO and breadboards. Can anyone give me an idea of what to build/program? Anything that involves lights and buttons, because I have A LOT of those. Also, a light sensor would be nice too. Any ideas? Thanks, Nicholas Har...
