That sounds like a great idea to put games on the rberri. Minecraft would do! The only reason that all school kids want iPod touches is for the games. If rberri ever is that popular, we can turn a generation of gamers into programmers!

Re: Accessory idea: branded precipricals

It would be so cool if there were branded accessories for the raspberri pi. I would definitely buy a raspberry red mouse, keyboard, wifi dongle, USB hub, or hdmi display that would be branded with the rasperri pi logo.

Re: Create a desktop Raspberry Pi PC.

A better way to handle everyone with high expectations for the rberri is to give them a board without all of the components and tell them to solder on all of their high power, high cost $#%!&$@ components.

Re: Minecraft

If it can run a simple java runtime, it can run minecraft. There are plenty of java programs for arm and Linux, so yes, it can.

Re: What I would like to see in a future version of Raspberry Pi...

<t>The raspi would be great in a tablet. it would boot mobile Linux (when the Ubuntu people roll it out) have a USB port for a keyboard and a 8 inch screen. Already I see educators wanting iPads for schools, but they are freaking expensive and don"t have the programming potential of the raspberry pi...
