Replacement connector for the RPI POE hat fan cable

Hi all, as the fans of the POE hat that got activated with the recent raspbian release (controlled via i2c) were way too lout and chirpy, I tried to remove the connector of the fan from the board. Unfortunately I ruined one of the cables, so the cable does no longer connect to the "connector". OK fo...

Re: PoE HAT Fan Speed adjustment

If someone else feels the POE fan needs more user-controllable settings, please consider voting / starring for an issue I created =: https://github.com/raspberrypi/linux/issues?utf8=%E2%9C%93&q=is%3Aissue+is%3Aopen+poe TLDR: make the fan user controllable with different operating levels in raspi-con...

Re: using the GPIO with Raspberry Pi PoE HAT

I ordered some extra long pin headers to get access to the GPIO pins of the raspberry pi. But the problem is that many pin headers are 0.65x0.35 in size (the area of the pin) and they will not fit very well with regular female jumper cables. Did someone find good extra larger headers that go along w...

External power and servo

I've cut the external power jumper and then connected the battery. I noticed it powered the PI, too, which should not happen. It's the jumper pin left to servo 5 - anyone had same issue? Another issue, maybe related: I got a tower 9g servo but the handle just changed 90deg between max and min. Stran...

Re: Release Chromium OS Raspberry PI 2 0.3

I assume changing .bin to .img and then using dd is not important. For me, the screen stays dark forever during/after boot.

Ich habe die gleiche Tastatur, aber ich konnte Sie nicht richtig einrichten. Was genau hast du denn in raspi-config beim Tastaturlayout ausgewaehlt?

Re: pistore open app problem

I got my Raspberry Pi today and immediately bought Storm in a Teacup, but unfortunately it does not work. I upgraded the icelib (actually the Pi store did that I think, running apt on command line said it is up to date) and started on the commadn line. It hangs after that keyboard found message. Any...
