+1, I've tested it but haven't added the "results" to my webpages yet - I'll post a link in this thread when that's done.

Compatible might not mean everything is compatible. USB 3.0 may be backward compatible with the USB 2.0 standard ... Things may have changed but, AIUI, USB 1.0, 2.0. 3.0 ... has never been a "standard" (in the ISO sense) but rather (and certainly originally) an "agreed specification" between a numb...

Re: Pi4: 5Ghz wireless lan connection kills Virgin Media Superhub

I think there's something going on in the handshaking between the Pi 4 and the Virgin Media superhub, because it crashes the WiFi, and sometimes crashes the cable modem / router. This only happens when trying to connect via 5Ghz, 2.4Ghz which is set to 802.11g only, doesn't have a problem. No other...

How would I copy the contents of the Micro SD Card in the Raspberry Pi (Like OS, the files, etc.) to another Micro SD Card for the Raspberry Pi 3b+? Historically along similar lines to @hippy + (for some) a "tag" reflecting the (u)SDHC card size and/or case colour (or some other "special" feature) - FWIW most of them with their "names" can be seen here:

I normally reboot to the desktop. And I had to reboot because I'd made a mistake... AFAICT from examining my P3B+ the bottom pads of that group of components are all connected to a "ground plane" (and hence together) so it may be an attempted "repair".
