Re: Please, scale to resolution.

Alright,  please switch to something decent.. this is really slow and such a waste of whitespace.

Web design 101..

phpBB is a superior alternative to "Wordpress forum plugin_001".

Here is why.

I heard it could cause mass corruption if the system is doing something disk intensive, then quickly looses power with ReiserFS.

The databases are compatible. It does not take much effort if you know what you're doing and its for the best.

The argument "oh its going to be down for some hours" is null as they're taking it down on the 18th anyways in protest of SOPA.

Re: linux newbie has questions

Couldn't you just make a shell script to make a slideshow with feh and then init it on boot.

Also could use a samba share so you could potentially connect it to your network and add stuff to your slideshow from windows.

It would suck if unplugging killed my ReiserFS external HDD, I have a couple so I hope it won't be choked by the USB ports bandwidth and power limitations.

Depends I guess, someone should make use of the GPU and do some 4:3 video beginner tutorials with commentary and a short introduction into a easy language such as Python 3.x.x

Though I have my serious doubts of the scoped mass production for education goals.
