Re: PuTTY not working wirelessly

Sorry for the delay - I've been busy preparing for a piano concert! As I said before, the IPs have the same first two parts, but the mask and gateway don't appear to be the same. Any way to fix this?
Thanks,

Re: PuTTY not working wirelessly

It may have been useful to mention this: We have a router connected to an Apple Time Capsule that runs our network and I'm connected to an AirPort Express working as a relay. Does this make a difference? I tried connecting my RPi to the router and the time capsule but the IPs didn't change.

Re: PuTTY not working wirelessly

Pi addresses all appear to be the same when connected to the router as when connected to the laptop. Getting back to B.Goode, I'm not sure that the router allows this kind of connection but I can't change the settings because, as I said before, it's my family's router. That's probably the problem th...

Re: PuTTY not working wirelessly

Thanks for the fast replies! My Pi has the IP 169.254.24.24, mask 255.255.0.0 and Gateway 0.0.0.0 (while connected to my laptop via Ethernet, I can't check what is is while connected to the router at the moment unfortunately), my computer has the IP 192.168.1.36, the mask 255.255.255.0 and the defau...

PuTTY not working wirelessly

Greetings Raspblings, I've recently been trying to use my Raspberry Pi (Raspbian) from my laptop (Windows 8.1) but I can't seem to get it to work if I just plug my Pi into my router with an Ethernet cable and then try to connect over the WiFi network with my laptop. I've set the Pi's IP address in t...

Re: JQuery

Ah thanks. I think UI I can simply download from the website. And finally, how would I include them in a program?

Re: JQuery

Sorry, I forgot to mention that, being a complete newbie to these things, have no idea how to do that! I tried clicking on the "download" link on the website of jQuery in Midori, but it just took me to a new web page covered in symbols. My guess would be that I have to use "apt-get" but I don't know...

JQuery

Hello,
I would like to write a document with JQuery (and JQuery UI) which I learnt from ‎Codecademy, but I didn't learn how to download it onto my Pi or how to use it in a document. Can anyone help me? I would like the file to work offline as well as online.
Thanks in advance,
Henno

Re: LAMPi – The Raspberry Pi LAMP Server Project

Hi, I tried this, but it didn't work and my Pi won't open its desktop anymore... Does anyone have an idea how I could fix this and at the same time delete the things I've downloaded for this project?
Many thanks,
Henno

GPIO Robotic Arm

Hi, I was wondering if I could attach the wires from the joints on my Maplin robotic arm directly to the GPIO pins on my Pi. If this is possible, does anyone know some code that could let me control it?
