The recommended BSS138 has 200mA and 0.8 to 1.5V Vgs(Th), but for a short bus maybe the 7002 will fit?

is the 2N7002LT1G (Vgs 20V, continuous Drain current 75mA, Vgs treshold min 1V - max 2.5V) Mosfet suitable for this level shifter ?

this is an older resistive model with only 256mb, but can play 1080 movies, only $31 US !

Factories starts production only when they have a sale contract. Maybe it is a cancelled order and they need some cash.
But also VIA8850 is coming and will start a price war against Alwinner A10, so low prices are here to stay !

Not sure how they can get the BOM down that far. I guess they don't have many connectors which do cost a lost (no HDMI out that I could see for example). But that said, nice bit of kit if they can do it for the price. There is no HDMI because the A13 is a cutdown version of the A10, the HDMI featur...

if you plan to use it only  as a desktop computer, you can strip off GPIO, CSI and DSI.

Maybe it will save one PCB layer, but not sure if it will lower the cost very much ?
