i lost my old english book and i had to buy a new one and just after i ordered it i discovered that we would be moving on with the second book, meaning that i had wasted $31 on a 70 page book i would rip up at the end of the year anyways :evil:

No, it might look like its the same size and shape, but the power pins are at different spots, you could take a usb to micro usb cable and plug that into the wall plug thing.

i have a touch screen that i would like to get to work with the pi, it has 6 wires, x-, X+ y- y+ and vcc and ground. is there some way to get it to work over i2c or spi with an adc?

i have a solar charger with inbuilt battery, 5v 1a, works great, but without battery your pi would probably shut down with the first cloud.

my school also uses ipads for 'highschool freshmen', everytime i see someone with an ipad i get the urge to smack it on the ground, they are in protective cases anyway :D :twisted:

do you have it at home now? it all depends on what you need, need a lot of io, buy the other one.1ghz is also reachable on the pi by overclocking. BUT if you want to send it back, leave this forum immediatly.
