well i only need it to last at the longest is like 10seconds no power so when i use in car i can restart car with out restarting computer (like running car on battery to turning on engine) the two capacitors worked for a millisecond then video went out out but power LED stayed bright for like 20sec...

i think if i make a bank of 5.5V 1F caps on a power cord could have a small battery backup unless if someone has a better idea i just dont want to solder on my pi

It sounds like one of the attractions is that it is small (as the name implies). Posts in this thread have indicated that it can fit on a 256 Mb (*) card - or even on a 64 Mb card. That's certainly all to the good. I'm curious as to what functionality had to be sacrificed to get that size advantage...

i dont know if it is me or the 512Mb Rpi but i cant get puppy to work at all the little green light doen't even turn on but i got wheezy to work 8gb sd , tiny core linux to work 256Mb sd, and fendora to work 4gb sd

i even tried the new alpha 3 so i dont know what to do

thanks for that link it works great but this isnt the full version and now i have to remember my busybox there is a person working on it so it should grow i now have a use for my 256Mb sd

yea i gave it shot because i found a sd card that was only 256Mb so i didn't care about it will try to see if i can talk to one of programers to see if they can make i new version for Rpi i got the new one by the way (but as a live disc on a icore3 it is fast) or once i learn to program i will gave ...
