I have just received a new Pi 2 but can not get the 7.5 to load what do I need to do ? Does anyone know if Thomas is going to make a Squeezeplug version that is compatable with the Pi2 ? I see above that some said they updated the firmware and got it to work but not sure how to do this any suggesti...

Sorry i have posted this on a few threads about squeezeplug but no answer on those (maybe it's a stupid question but I'm not sure why)

Hi I'm trying to get alsaequal to work But i can't find this file /usr/local/bin/squeezelite_settings.sh

Hi Thomas

No luck getting samba shares to work with Windows.
Es explorer which always works for me is able to access the share but the files are

IPC $
PRINT $

These are both locked drives

Any advise?

I gave it the root and password and I could see Maxplay on my network when I tried to map the drive using windows.. but it wouldnt let me map it or explore so I couldnt add it. I also tried to browse using the IP address but it wouldnt work I tried it via ES Explorer and this would let me click into...

good morning. So after a few hours of battling with my pi i took off the amp and it booted like a dream! I then re attached the amp and rebooted and it worked again. I also had a wifi adapter that hasn't been set up attached but that was removed and not put back on. . So i think I'll be buying a 12v...

Yes exactly the same place
Ethernet connection
Just put the old SP image on and it works fine

Really need 3.18 version for the hifiberry.... the old SP is on 3.12 and this is causing me issues :idea: :?:

Hi Thomas

Tried to use the Noob and the standard IMG but the install both got stuck on start web server... apache2... it wouldnt go any further and I left it for about 5 mins

Thanks MrEngman I tried it again with a fresh head and it appears to work .. however the stability is terrible until I hold the device and the make contact with something on the board and then it flies Is this likely to be a power issue? Is it still worth updating the drivers as per your instruction...
