I have a 10000mAh power bank and what I have done is put in a buck DC - DC Convertor directly onto the Battery. http://www.communica.co.za/catalog/Details/P4138706545 This prevents the brown outs for me when power goes off, I am using it as a PSU. I have upped the voltage to 5.2V and it still drops...

MrEngMan, Thank you sir! Changing my files to match your's got it working. It appears that all my configuration files defaulted to select manual (man) instead of dhcp as it should be, this is with the Raspbian 2015-5-5 image. I also removed the wifi SSID/password settings from the network/interfaces...

It seems that I cannot connect to my Wifi network with a hidden SSID. Using a Pi 2 and Raspbian 2015-05-05. Once I broadcast the SSId, All is well. How did you configure your wifi. It seems that I cannot connect to my Wifi network with a hidden SSID. Using a Pi 2 and Raspbian 2015-05-05.

Once I broadcast the SSId, All is well.

EDIT: All is not well, I can connect to my router, but no internet access.
