Re: downloading files from RPI to PC with Python

Try pypi.python.org, search for ftp and you will get a bunch of ftp and sftp related programs and modules to run on the PC and do ftp/sftp. Run an ftp/sftp daemon on your RasPi and you should be good to go...many times over. Once you pick the package you like that meets your needs, run with it!

Re: RPI2 freeze on boot

My 8GB card just booted without a problem. I was some messages flash by and then it was sitting at rpi-config. yay! I think my Mac mini may be having issues creating good micro-SD cards. Looks like that will be the thing to test tomorrow. I'll try making some 32GB and 64GB cards on a different PC. W...

Re: RPI2 freeze on boot

I just received my Raspberry Pi 2's and am encountering the same problem on the initial boot. I'm using 2015-01-31-raspbian.img and have copied it to a Sony 64GB micro sd xc card and also a 32GB San Disk Ultra micro SD HC card. Both end up giving me the same message at the similar point in the boot ...
