If I connect monitor, keyboard, mouse and access to the X system, all works as expected, I have interest in use the joystick and the sense hat in headless mode, I don't know if this is posible.

Woks for me, but only the arrows of my keyboard of my computer (via VNC), the joystick still not working, theres any other option that I can test?.

arecord example.wav -D sysdefault:CARD=1 works flawlessly for me, I have a Logitech C170 with Webcam and built in Mic. Thanks for the info.

I know with DHCP enabled I have the probability to change the IP, but in before configurations I leave the Raspberry for hours (inclusive a one day) and never changes their IP, I don't want a static IP because I connect the RPi to a router on my school and a different router in my house.
