Is it possible to run 64-bit docker images with this kernel? e.g. `docker run arm64v8/fedora:31 uname -a` does not work for me...

Also highly recommend clang/LLVM. In most cases they can be used as drop-in replacement for gcc.

They are Broadcom GPIO numbers. Only GPIO 0-27 are routed to the expansion header.
