Re: Graph & timeline of Pi Sales

once i figured out how to change the swap file to 2gb, the 3B+ became instantly more useful to me. The 3B+ is a good unit. i have 2-4gb pi4b's and 1-2gb pi4b they get hot but they work! :-)

sudo rpi-update - broke my overclock PI4B

i had to remove all my OC settings for it to boot up.
are we not allowed to OC anymore?
i was sitting pretty at 1947mhz as it was 100% stable even at 100% utilization.

Re: Main Menu Editor does not have a "keep terminal open" option

once i make the item with the menu editor it creates an icon. i can then click on it and " add to desktop " then once that happens i can click the properties of it on the desktop. then i can click on Desktop Entry tab. this spot is blank, I could have re-added " nmap -sn 192.168.1.1/24" then clicked...

Main Menu Editor does not have a "keep terminal open" option

i created a new menu item, so i could make an icon on my desktop nmap -sn 192.168.1.1/24 when i click it , it runs but then closes by its self. if i drag and drop the menu item to the desktop and check the properties it does have a option to Keep terminal open, though once i click it ... it does not...

I only see the 5ghz option in the wifi menu of my pi4b.
i want to choose 2.4ghz so i get better range.

Re: Timeframe for USB C power board revision

you could always power it right from the GPIO
supply 3a 5.2volts to +5

the official PSU works great.

there are quite a few gems that are not for ARM yet. Angry IP would be nice!!!

nmap does the job for now.

i made a desktop shortcut for nmap.
the only issue is it runs but then closes the window right after its done!
how do i get it to stay open?
