My monitor has the ability to deliver power over USB-C and to be honest I was a little disappointed when this didn't work to power the Pi, but I certainly didn't expect it to either which is why I got a micro-USB to USB-C adaptor when I ordered. Hey there,

Not 100% on this (didn't mess around with Plex too much) but I'm pretty sure apt will update it just fine. You could set up a cron job to automate it if you want to get fancy.
