Re: You HAVE installed the jumper on J7 haven't you?

Hi, thanks for making the J7 default setting clear. What is a possible scenario J7 not to be set or shorten 2-3 instead of 1-2 ? Which Version/ Revision is the board "21.Oct.2012" ? Always talking about Version/Revision but its not printed on the board. What is the "5V" jumper J24 for ? Anything els...

Re: Is Anyone Using RadioTray?

Hello, installing radiotray from repos (update/upgrade/install radiotray) seems to work in some way, but no sound anymore. Here is a tail of the error output: File "/usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/radiotray/AudioPlayerGStreamer.py", line 137, in on_message self.eventManager.notify(EventManager.STAT...

Re: GAMBAS(basic)

Goos, I'm not sure what do you mean by "setup a simple "Line" in Gambas 3". but Gambas3 contains some examples. e.g. Menu -> Open Example -> Drawing -> Painitng Public Sub Example20() Dim eWidth As Float Dim Y As Float Y = 20.5 For eWidth = 0 To 5 Step 0.25 Paint.LineWidth = eWidth Paint.MoveTo(50, ...

Re: I2C ADC

Most shops where you can get the ADS1100 and similar small packaged devices, you also can get adapter PCB's to 2.54mm raster.
I gave the chip and the adapter to my local cellphone/laptop repairservice
to solder it and that's it.

Re: I2C ADC

Hello,

i want to try to read an ADS1100 ADC (I2C) and looking for C example.
It should be pretty similar to the above mentioned ADC, so i assume
the ADS1100 should work.

Re: GAMBAS(basic)

Hello, i think the patch-approach is not the real thing because it does not allow updates. Gambas3 is updated daily and interesting changes occur. I did not met unsolvable problems to use svn on RPI. Maybe this is helpful: sudo apt-get update sudo apt-get upgrade sudo apt-get install subversion sudo...

Dear Forum Moderator,

maybe it's possible to make my posting "by wally » Sun Aug 12, 2012 9:10 am" in this thread editable for all, so we can collect all necessary dev-packages and particularly component experience. Thank you.
