Just a quick note on the old case. The Pi4 will fit the older case with removable side panels and lid if you remove / trim the plastic partition around the USB and Network sockets on the lid. Thanks for the comment Aydan.. I do still find it odd that only the Pi Zero would abort my code. Maybe you are correct that the hang up is related the the RAM difference between the Pi Zero and the full Pi.
