Simple things like syntax and the difference between BBC Basic and PC Basic are what I a...

Re: RISC OS on Raspberry Pi

<t>I had an ice storm take down a HUGE tree limb in my neighbors yard and was without power from 0400 GMT to about 1315 GMT on launch day, so I'm WAY back in the queue for my pi. But since my major reason for wanting one was to learn RISC OS, I guess I don't mind waiting. I have been running differe...

Howdy--I'm from Minnesota and say that all the time. Now if we could just accept that we are two peoples separated by a common language and united by a passion for mocking how others speak, well then it would be a "done deal" and "Bob's your uncle"

In slashdot's "summing up the year " post

"We've seen also quite a bit this year about the Raspberry Pi, IMO the most exciting hardware news stuff of the year."

So there, don't you feel bad about ripping on the site now ?

#10 bids much higher than #9, if this trend keeps up serial #01 (normally the most valuable is lowest number) will be selling for an (almost) reasonable price.

I can see "support" of a kind for the education community. Otherwise I don't see an issue. All we really need is the gpu blob and we're off to the races ! Remember "Google Is Your Friend"
