Re: Sleeper RetroPie Cabinet

I'm looking for a way to hook up more arcade buttons and I'm wondering if this will work for me.

He seems to be using it as output and I didn't know if this was a bidirectional chip.

Re: PCSX-ReARMed on Pi

No that plugin is disabled by default when you run ./config because it's buggy from what I hear.
So I don't have that plugin installed.

Re: PCSX-ReARMed on Pi

No man every time I select a BIOS other than HLE it locks up and I have to ^C and restart. I also compiled this on a minimal image and on the official image with the same setup and different results. (Used notaz's git, ./configure, and make only) I got crappy poppy audio on the minimal image and gre...

I'm having a hard time getting my bios dump to work and have to use the HLE bios.
Is anyone having any success running something other than HLE?

Re: Coin Operated Arcade Machine (MAME)

I recently bought a cabinet I wanted to modify to be able to switch from the original board to the RPi so it's like a sleeper cabinet. Does anyone have any information on hacking into the original monitor or has anyone done this? I've looked around a little (I'll admit not much kinda excited right n...

Re: Streaming youtube at full speed

I also cannot exit the movie, the omxplayer shortcut buttons don't work, the and do not know how to pick higher resolution video. I tried setting --format=best but I believe it ends up breaking the buffer between omxplayer and it crashes. I need to find a way to increase the buffer larger size. EDIT...

Streaming youtube at full speed

I've been trying to find some answers to make it easier to watch video from a browser in console and I've come up with something awesome I think. The only thing that would make this nicer is if this was supported on links2 or w3m-img. elinks+clive+omxplayer=full speed java video insert this into uri...

A link to the image I used.. http://www.cnx-software.com/2012/07/31/84-mb-minimal-raspbian-armhf-image-for-raspberry-pi/ The process for me on a new minimal image system was to run apt-get update apt-get upgrade update firmware. I used https://github.com/Hexxeh/rpi-update/ rpi-update 192 reboot inst...

Re: omxplayer - GPU enabled video player

I'm running this distro: http://www.cnx-software.com/2012/07/31/84-mb-minimal-raspbian-armhf-image-for-raspberry-pi/ Installed a gui, browser, gnash, and the player. Followed the instructions here: http://omxplayer.sconde.net/ Had to purge once and re-split my memory, reboot and it works great. I've...
