Does this help? Physical ports in the hub are always numbered in the same way, this is consistent across reboots. You can create a rule that aliases devices under a known hierarchy, e.g. "/dev/usb/port-A/ttyUSB", in addition to the standard "/dev/ttyUSB" name. The link suggests using ENV{ID_PATH}. ...

I'm connecting multiple devices like Flash USB-232 Converter &USB to 485 converter of different manufacturer that's why i don't want to fix there names with Product ID and Vendor ID...

1) use key based authentication (so no password is needed) 2) use scp instead of ftp ssh-keygen ssh-copy-id pi@host then you may simply do: scp filename pi@host: with no password required. i tried using SCP and mainly I'm connecting to PC it's not an SSH... and here FTP is main concept...
