Re: Weird Phpmyadmin problem.

Hey,

I seem to have fixed it. It was due to aphpmyadmin symlink in my www folder. After deleting the symlink folder. Working as expected now. Thanks :)

Weird Phpmyadmin problem.

I have installed phpmyadmin and changed the alias to "somethingelse"

I can access phpmyadmin using 192.168.1.2/somethingelse. Works fine.

BUT 192.168.1.2/phpmyadmin STILL works. Any idea why?

Re: Pi as a proxy server

My Pi is connected to openvpn.

I am trying to route my firefox web browser from my PC to use the encrypted traffic on my Pi to access blocked websites.
How can I get it to work?

SSH using putty, setting dynamic port does not seem to be working.

Re: Proxy Server

Hi,

I've set up using putty as instructed. But I can't seem to connect.

I can SSH in without a problem.
But can't proxy.

Even "telnet locahost 1025" inside SHH shows "connection refused."

I've added dynamic port as well.

Re: PI Ethernet Problem

Finally! What happened was a few issues coupled together. Firstly, one of the port on my router is gone. That's why no matter which cable I tried Ethernet fails BUT the port light still lit up. Secondary I had one ethernet cable which was used to try connecting to different ports but failed too, BEC...

Re: Noob torrent server with VPN help.

Heard of Transmission?

http://blog.snapdragon.cc/raspberry-pi- ... nt-server/

Basically, it can achieve what you require. Always on Torrent, transmission also uses a web server which you can access from your other PC's. The downloaded files can be shared as well.

Re: Lego RCX/NXT robotic programming with Pi.

I've had a first thought of this too. I have a much older robotic, the RCX. I'm more interested in connecting the sensors(motors, light sensor, touch sensor) to the GPIO and doing a simple programme for it. But the hard part is, how much voltage can each sensor take in?
