Android Docker container on Pi3

I would want to know if there is an image available for Android Docker container over Raspbian(for the Pi 3 B+ model), and is it possible to see the Android apps running from the container.

But the above link uses OpenSuSe on Raspberry Pi 3 , and then KVM.Need to check and test with default OS too.

Would like to know which ARM processor properly supports KVM on Raspberry Pi 3, guess it it ARM v8 ?
Also , if we buy a Rasp Pi 3 B+ , will it be pre-configured with NOOBS ?
