Raspberry Pi + Arduino + SPI

Hi everyone. I'm trying to connect my Arduino at SPI so I can have more than 1 Arduino in my Raspberry Pi. I found this website http://mitchtech.net/raspberry-pi-arduino-spi/ It is a tutorial about how to do it. There is a comment at the bottom of the tutorial: Wow, can the 3.3V RPi tolerate the 5V ...

Re: C# and Serial comunicaction

Yeah, I've already solved it. It was problem of Arduino. My testing program was something like: void loop { Serial.print(analogRead(0)); Serial.print(","); Serial.println(analogRead(1)); } Messages were going too fast to the Raspberry. For improving this comunication I just had to add delay(1); //or...

C# and Serial comunicaction

Hi there. I'm working on a project where I have to use my arduino as ADQ. Part of my code is the following. SerialPort comport = new SerialPort(); comport.DtrEnable = true; comport.RtsEnable = true; try { comport.PortName = "/dev/ttyUSB0"; comport.BaudRate = Convert.ToInt32(115200); comport.Open(); ...

Re: Automatic setup for RTL8188CUS based wifi adapters

Dear MrEngman I ran your script for my edimax wifi adapter. It works great, the only problem is that if I try to download a big file with wget, my wifi connection stops working. What could cause this? As a solution, I tried this: http://www.ctrl-alt-del.cc/2012/05/raspberry-pi-meets-edimax-ew-7811un...

Re: Automatic setup for RTL8188CUS based wifi adapters

Hello,

First of all, thanks MrEngman for your script that made my adapter Edimax nano work. Awesome!

But I'd like to know why I'm getting loads of dropped packages. This might be drivers issues? I will be glad if someone had this problem and had already solved it.

Regards,
Raúl Suárez

Re: Have you got a problem running your Pi? Try the troubles

Hello, First of all, sorry for my bad English... I've got Raspberry Pi MODEL B, and I was trying to increase my RAM unsuccessfully (using USB swap and/or zram) when I realized that this command was showing this: free -m total used free shared buffers cached Mem: 122 91 31 0 12 60 -/+ buffers/cache: ...
