Re: Getting the most out of your V2 camera with UV4L.

What I don't understand then, is how the OP got H.264 streaming in a browser. All he says is: Editing the .conf file was a pretty easy and I was set up with my pi camera outputting h.264 1920x1080 video [...] Here are some screenshots taken from a browser streaming the video (not photos, video!) via...

Re: Getting the most out of your V2 camera with UV4L.

Ok, I didn't realize the watermark was on some things and not others. I followed the uv4l installation instructions to install and test by manually taking a jpeg (dd if=/dev/video0 of=snapshot.jpeg bs=11M count=1), and it had the watermark. Then I went to the uv4l server page, and tried the "two-way...

Re: Getting the most out of your V2 camera with UV4L.

How is it that you were able to remove the "software by http://linux.project.org" watermark from the video? As far as I can tell, UV4L is commercial, proprietary software, for which you need to purchase a licence (which I was unsuccessful in doing, as they never answered my inquiries). The version y...

Re: STICKY: Setting up HDMI output when video output is wrong.

Edit: I solved the problem below, that a headless Pi with VNC Viewer always has a small default screensize, even if you choose another resolution. I had enabled the experimental graphics driver. Commenting out the following line in /boot/config.txt solved the problem: dtoverlay=vc4-kms-v3d Original ...

WebRTC not working at all in Stretch Chromium (and not so much in Jessie either)

So far I'm not able to get WebRTC to work, using sites like talky.io, appear.in, etc., it would be great if someone could help! In Jessie, talky.io and appear.in almost work, except I can't get two-way audio. Others like appr.tc and tokbox don't work. In Stretch, it just doesn't work at all, it can'...

Re: Overlay on UV4L stream

I never received any reply from linux-projects.org after more than a week. I didn't find any way to remove the overlay. By google I only found some links to other people who tried and gave up: https://www.reddit.com/r/raspberry_pi/comments/4hnpkr/uv4l_watermark/ https://raspberrypi.stackexchange.com...

Re: Overlay on UV4L stream

Geoffr98, did you get anywhere with this? I used the contact form at linux-projects.org, but I haven't received any reply. Does anybody else know what the situation is? I'd like to use this for a project, but the watermark is kind of a deal-breaker. I don't think it's a matter of simply changing an ...
