Hello Its possible to connect 8 spi slaves to a rpi3? I want to connect 8 ENC28J60 Ethernet modules, i have read here https://github.com/raspberrypi/firmware/blob/master/boot/overlays/README and if i understand correctly its only possible to have 6 devices max... but im not sure if i understood corr...

I want to use raspi_tc358743 on a rpi3 b

cloned and compiled this

put this line on config.txt i2c_vc=on

but im getting errors and no video.....

What im doing wrong? should i put another values on config.txt?

I run raspi-config and said no to:
+ would you like a login shell to be accesible over serial?
+ would you like the serial hardware port to be enabled?

reboot, try again and still agetty its eating my cpu.

That is correct. When you ssh into a machine you get a whole new user session. How are you launching that program after boot up? If it were me I would arrange to have it start automatically at boot time by creating a systemd service file for it. Then all the output messages would be sent to the sys...
