Video recording and motion detection Motioneye/Raspbian/Pi3

Hi Everyone, Hopefully I have put this in the correct forum. What I want to be able to do is to record video over a set time frame that is already covered by the motion detection rules. Currently I have stills being saved between 0700hrs-1900hrs daily. I would like to record video from 1300hrs-1330h...

I am not sure why you need to be connected to the internet? I assume you have everything local, eg same room, can you not run an hdmi cable from your pi to your monitor? Then just open motioneye via the user account, instead of admin, and open the feed as full screen.
