There's a file system created by Samsung, specifically from flash, called F2FS. Why not copy the root partition and format it to F2FS then copy everything back?

Here's a little known fact. Nobody uses OpenGL ES on Linux except Android devs. Enable the open source driver and use OpenGL.

Linux never uses the "extension" or "suffix" of a filename to identify how to run it. That's a DOS/Windows concept. If you don't have such a line, it will use your current shell as the interpreter, usually Bash. While they're in the habit of teaching beginners, why not teach them the right way inst...

Openbox is Raspbian default window manager for LXDE/PIXEL. You've either accidentally removed the desktop environment or modified xinitrc to not execute startlxde.
