Re: My case came!!!

£11.99 so some folks will think it too much but I'd spent ages looking and this one really caught my eye and I'm very happy with what came today in the post. Thick plastic but see through so I can still be fascinated by the blinking lights (I must have been a cat in a previous life!!). Inputs have s...

My case came!!!

Bought this from ebay and well happy with it. Holds the Pi nice and tight but got enough space around some of the inputs to let plenty of air in to keep things cool. Bit fiddley to put together if you've got fat fingers but years of model making in my yoof came to my aid  http://i122.photobucke...

Re: Best way to connect Pi to the internet

So I could use the RPi in another room I bought a set of Homeplugs, which are ethernet connectors that go in a normal power plug. One connects to the router, the other goes wherever I want the RPi. The set comes with two homeplugs and two Cat5 ethernet cables. Cost £35 delivered. Simples!

Re: Seriously .. where to find power supply?

I bought a PSU from RSI when I ordered mine ....... BUT when I got my new Blackberry it had a micro connector and I bought a converter from ebay to convert my old mini sized PSU's to it so I could have them at work and home. This should let you use a mini USB connector with your Pi

Wireless keyboard and touchpad

Not a full size one. I want to be able to sit on the couch with the RPi hooked up to the TV on the opposite side of the room and watch iplayer etc stuff So would prefer something smaller for the occasional commands so was thinking of this: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/120930373522 (hope it's okay to po...
