Robo Sumo

Hi everyone,

I have recently taken the plunge and built a pair of pi powered robots. One of them meets the requirements for the mini robo sumo class. Does anyone know of any competitions or meets, ideally in the north west eg Manchester - Liverpool area, where I can put my machine through its paces?

Re: RPi 3 going portable - suitable battery

Depending on how long you need the device to run any USB phone battery should be fine. I use a 2600mAh @ 1 amp battery for powering a pi zero w dashboard cam and that lasts for a few hours. I have also used 20000+mAh @ 2 amp on a pi 2 based camera to check up on my dogs. These where good for 8 hours...

Re: Pi Zero W and OSMC

Hi Sam, Is there a beta build with the new firmware at all? I only ask as I am having issues getting the normal pi zero image to boot after installation. Thanks in advance. Edit: I think I've found the issue. When I originally posted I forgot that I'd overclocked the pi. I'll format and try again as...
