Thanks ghans, your suggestion helped. I burned a Gparted Live CD and was able to delete that Win10 IoT partition and reshuffle the partitions to give my Raspbian root partition the Unallocated space. I did remember attempting to install Windows iOT Insider Preview after I installed the other operating systems from the NOOBS bootloader.
