Why don't you try Powershell ...

Technically it would be possible :

1. by a USB to Ethernet adapter
2. Connect to to RPI3 using a cross-over ethernet cable.

That should do the trick (not tested though)

One way to do this is setup a PowerShell Script that listens to a UDP Broadcast and captures all traffic.
